This notice describes how Ethical Research Solution Ltd (“ERS”) handles personal information in connection with digital and mobile measurement, tagging, and related analytics used in research and client services.

Scope

It applies where ERS or its technology partners collect device, browser, or app-level signals to support field and survey research, campaign evaluation, or quality assurance, as described in client agreements and participant notices.

Data collected

Categories may include pseudonymous identifiers, IP-derived location (where permitted), device type, browser or app version, ad exposure or content interaction events, and technical diagnostics. We avoid collecting content of communications unless explicitly authorised for a defined study.

Purposes

• Produce aggregated measurement and reporting;
• Detect fraud, duplication, or invalid traffic;
• Maintain security and service reliability;
• Meet contractual and legal requirements.
